We, at ARTinii Production s.r.o., ensure the technical operation of all Certoo services. HAVEL & PARTNERS, which is our business partner, is involved in further development of the Services and legal support. In accordance with our Personal Data Protection Policy, we may also send you commercial communications regarding our Services, their enhancements and new features, and/or intellectual property protection and other uses of Certoo services, if you so desire.

1.3

Once you have verified your content via our service and stored it on the blockchain, you can rely on being able to verify it retrospectively again via the respective blockchain. This shall be regardless of whether you continue to use our services.

1.4

Your content shall always remain yours and we shall never interfere with it in any way. However, we expect that you have the appropriate rights to such content and that you shall not violate the rights of others or the law by disposing of it.

To register, we only need to know some basic data about you (name and surname, e-mail address, etc.). We shall strictly protect the confidentiality of your personal data in accordance with our Personal Data Protection Policy, which you can find HERE.

To log in to your account and use Certoo services, you will only need your chosen login name and password. Always keep your password confidential and only use a device you can rely on; we are not liable for any misuse of your account for such reason.

Our services are mostly paid, in the form of pre-loaded Credits. If something goes wrong, you can contact us, and we will do our best in the complaints procedure to help you.

1.8

We will do our best to ensure that our Service is always available, but there may be occasional outages or maintenance, and we will always inform you in advance.
